Product features: high gloss, high transparency, safety and environmental protection, and meet the VOC requirements of cigarette packs.
Anti-wear, anti-stick, and good leveling.
Good adhesion, suitable for a variety of ink.
Printing substrate: aluminum film, gold and silver cardboard, etc.
Printing method: gravure coating or gravure printing.

Dilution method: water and ethanol mixed 1:1 added to the varnish.
Machine cleaning: Since it is difficult to clean the water-based varnish after drying, please keep the roller and varnish in moving state . If the machine stops, please clean it quickly.
After varnish coating, the paper need to be thoroughly dried before being rolled or stacked, otherwise it may cause back sticking.
